All orders are handcrafted and carefully packed within 2–4 business days. During peak seasons or product launches, processing times may extend slightly.

Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail depending on package weight and
destination. Larger wholesale orders may ship via UPS Ground.

Most California orders arrive within 2–4 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary based on carrier and location. Outside California may take more than 4 days depends on location.

Orders of $100 or more qualify for complimentary standard shipping within the United States.

During high temperatures, we may adjust packaging or upgrade shipping to protect product integrity.

Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, delivery responsibility shifts to them. However, we are always happy to assist with tracking and claims.

Bulk and retail partner shipments include tracking and insurance. Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and destination.
